มาตรา 81
- การขอจดทะเบียนสมาคมนั้น ให้ผู้จะเป็นสมาชิกของสมาคมจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่าสามคน ร่วมกันยื่นคำขอเป็นหนังสือต่อนายทะเบียนแห่งท้องที่ที่สำนักงานใหญ่ของสมาคมจะตั้งขึ้น พร้อมกับแนบข้อบังคับของสมาคม รายชื่อ ที่อยู่ และอาชีพของผู้จะเป็นสมาชิกไม่น้อยกว่าสิบคน และรายชื่อ ที่อยู่ และอาชีพของผู้จะเป็นกรรมการของสมาคมมากับคำขอด้วย
