มาตรา 47
  • ภูมิลำเนาของผู้ที่ถูกจำคุกตามคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดของศาลหรือตามคำสั่งโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ได้แก่เรือนจำหรือทัณฑสถานที่ถูกจำคุกอยู่ จนกว่าจะได้รับการปล่อยตัว
