  • การใดเป็นการแตกต่างกับบทบัญญัติของกฎหมาย ถ้ามิใช่กฎหมายอันเกี่ยวกับความสงบเรียบร้อยหรือศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชน การนั้นไม่เป็นโมฆะ
