TITLE IV. Wrongful Acts.
Chapter III. Lawful defence, lawful command, necessity.
Section 130.
- [I] A person who, acting in lawful defence or under a lawful command, has caused injury to any other person does not commit a wrongful act and is not liable for compensation.
- [II] The injured person can claim compensation from the person against whom the lawful defence was directed, or from the person who wrongfully gave the lawful command, as the case may be.

Section 131.
- [I] A person who damages or destroys a thing belonging to another person in order to protect himself or any other person against immediate danger does not commit a wrongful act, but is liable for compensation.
- [II] If the danger was caused by the thing itself, no compensation is due, provided that no more was done than reasonably required under the circumstances.
