Section 265.
- The Court may in its discretion order specific performance of an obligation whenever such performance is possible and desirable.

- If the obligation is to do an act, the Court may order that the act shall be done by a third person at the expense of the debtor.

- If the obligation is for the execution of a document, or for the giving of a consent, the Court may appoint a third person to execute the document in place of the debtor, or order that the judgment shall stand in the place of the consent to be given by the debtor.

- If the obligation is to abstain from doing an act, the Court may order that the acts done shall be undone, if possible ; the Court may also order proper measures to be taken for the future.
