Section 4.
- Law denotes exclusively any Code, Act, Law. Decree or other rule enacted by His Majesty the King and promulgated.

- Injury denotes any harm to the body, mind, liberty, honour, reputation or property of a person.

- Security denotes any guarantee which may be given for the performance of an obligation.
