มาตรา 803
- ตัวแทนไม่มีสิทธิจะได้รับบำเหน็จ เว้นแต่จะได้มีข้อตกลงกันไว้ในสัญญาว่ามีบำเหน็จ ฤๅทางการที่คู่สัญญาประพฤติต่อกันนั้นเป็นปริยายว่ามีบำเหน็จ ฤๅเคยเปนธรรมเนียมมีบำเหน็จ

- The agent is not entitled to receive remuneration unless it is provided by the contract, or may be implied from the course of dealing between the parties or by usage.
