มาตรา 1060
- ในกรณีอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งซึ่งกล่าวไว้ใน มาตรา ๑๐๕๕ อนุมาตรา (๔) ฤๅ อนุมาตรา (๕) นั้น ถ้าผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนที่ยังอยู่รับซื้อหุ้นของผู้ที่ออกจากหุ้นส่วนไปไซร้ ท่านว่าสัญญาหุ้นส่วนนั้นก็ยังคงใช้ได้ต่อไปในระวางผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนที่ยังอยู่ด้วยกัน

- In any case under Section 1055, sub-section (4) or (5), if the subsisting partners buy the share of the partner whose membership has ceased, the contract of partnership continues between the subsisting partners.
