มาตรา 1289
- สมาชิกทุกคนจะออกจากสมาคมเมื่อใด ก็ชอบที่ออกได้ แต่ต้องใช้เงินค่าบำรุงที่ค้างชำระอยู่ในขณะนั้นให้เสร็จ

- Every member of an association is entitled to withdraw at any time from the association, provided he pays such subscriptions as may be due by him at that time.
