มาตรา 959
- ผู้ทรงตั๋วแลกเงินจะใช้สิทธิไล่เบี้ยเอาแก่บรรดาผู้สลักหลัง ผู้สั่งจ่ายและบุคคลอื่น ๆ ซึ่งต้องรับผิดตามตั๋วเงินนั้นก็ได้ คือ
- ก) ไล่เบี้ยได้เมื่อตั๋วเงินถึงกำหนดในกรณีไม่ใช้เงิน
- ข) ไล่เบี้ยได้แม้ทั้งตั๋วเงินยังไม่ถึงกำหนดในกรณีดั่งจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
