มาตรา 969
- คู่สัญญาฝ่ายซึ่งเข้าถือเอาและใช้เงินตามตั๋วแลกเงินอาจจะเรียกเอาเงินใช้จากคู่สัญญาทั้งหลายซึ่งต้องรับผิดต่อตนได้ คือ
- (๑) เงินเต็มจำนวนซึ่งตนได้ใช้ไป
- (๒) ดอกเบี้ยในจำนวนเงินนั้น คิดอัตราร้อยละห้า แต่วันที่ได้ใช้เงินไป
- (๓) ค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ อันตนต้องออกไป
