- บันดาบุคคลผู้ออกตั๋วแลกเงินก็ดี รับรองก็ดี สลักหลังก็ดี ฤๅรับประกันด้วยอาวัลในตั๋วแลกเงินก็ดี ย่อมต้องร่วมกันรับผิดต่อผู้ทรง
- ผู้ทรงย่อมมีสิทธิว่ากล่าวเอาความแก่บันดาบุคคลเหล่านี้เรียงตัวฤๅรวมกันก็ได้โดยมิพักต้องดำเนิรตามลำดับที่คนเหล่านั้นมาต้องผูกพัน
