มาตรา 219
- ถ้าในสินใช้มีบางสิ่งซึ่งเป็นของพ้นวิสัยจะใช้ชำระหนี้ ท่านว่าหนี้นั้นก็สมบูรณ์อยู่ด้วยสินใช้นอกนั้น
