มาตรา 231
- ถ้าลูกหนี้คนใดได้รับหมายในคดีที่เจ้าหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งฟ้องแล้ว ลูกหนี้คนนั้นจะชำระหนี้ร่วมให้แก่เจ้าหนี้ร่วมคนอื่นไม่ได้
