มาตรา 236
- ถ้าลูกหนี้อาจกลบลบหนี้ต่อเจ้าหนี้ร่วมกันคนหนึ่งได้ ท่านว่าลูกหนี้นั้นอาจหักกลบลบหนี้ร่วมก้นได้ทั่วทุกคน
