มาตรา 245
  • ตราบใดลูกหนี้ยังมิได้ชำระหนี้ร่วมกันให้สิ้นเชิง ลูกหนี้ร่วมทั้งหลายยังคงต้องร่วมก้นรับชำระหนี้อยู่ตราบนั้น
