มาตรา 474
- ในข้อรับผิดเพื่อชำรุดบกพร่องนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นเวลาปีหนึ่งนับแต่เวลาที่ได้พบเห็นความชำรุดบกพร่อง
