มาตรา 485
- ข้อสัญญาว่าจะไม่ต้องรับผิดนั้น ไม่อาจคุ้มความรับผิดของผู้ขายในผลของการอันผู้ขายได้กระทำไปเอง ฤๅผลแห่งข้อความจริงอันผู้ขายได้รู้อยู่แล้วและปกปิดเสีย

- A non-liability clause cannot exempt the seller from the consequences of his own acts or of facts which he knew and concealed.
