มาตรา 499
- สินไถ่นั้น ถ้าไม่ได้กำหนดกันไว้ว่าเท่าใดไซร้ ท่านให้ไถ่ตามราคาที่ขายฝาก

- If no price of redemption is fixed, the property may be redeemed by reimbursing the price of the sale.
