มาตรา 588
- เครื่องมือ ฤๅเครื่องใช้อันจะต้องใช้ทำการงารให้สำเร็จนั้น ผู้รับจ้างเปนผู้จัดหาเอง

- Tools or instruments which are necessary for the execution of the work shall be supplied by the contractor.
