มาตรา 628
- ถ้าว่าของสูญหายไปเพราะเหตุสุดวิสัย ท่านว่าผู้ขนส่งไม่มีสิทธิจะได้เงินค่ารวางพาหนะ ถ้าและได้รับไปไว้ก่อนแล้ว เท่าใดต้องส่งคืนจงสิ้น

- If goods are lost by force majeure, the carrier is not entitled to the freight. Whatever has been received on that account must be returned.
