มาตรา 691
- ถ้าผู้ค้ำประกันต้องรับผิดร่วมกันกับลูกหนี้ ท่านว่าผู้ค้ำประกันย่อมไม่มีสิทธิดังกล่าวไว้ในมาตรา ๖๘๘, ๖๘๙ และ ๖๙๐

- If a surety is bound jointly with the debtor, he has not the rights mentioned in Sections 688, 689 and 690.
