มาตรา 705
- ทรัพย์สินไม่ว่าอย่างใด ๆ นอกจากผู้เปนเจ้าทรัพย์ในปัจจุบันจะจำนองเอง ท่านว่าใครอื่นจะจำนองหาได้ไม่
