มาตรา 762
- ค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ อันควรแก่การบำรุงรักษาทรัพย์สินจำนำนั้น ผู้จำนำจำต้องชดใช้ให้แก่ผู้รับจำนำ เว้นแต่จะได้กำหนดไว้เปนอย่างอื่นในสัญญา

- The pledgor is bound to reimburse the pledgee for any expenses which were necessary for the preservation or maintenance of the pledged property unless otherwise provided in the contract.
