มาตรา 774
- ถ้าสินค้ารายใดไม่มีกำหนดเวลาส่งคืน ท่านว่าเมื่อนายคลังสินค้าได้บอกกล่าวแก่ผู้ฝากสามเดือนแล้ว จะส่งคืนสินค้านั้นเมื่อใดก็ส่งได้

- If no time for the return of the goods was fixed, the warehouseman may return the goods at any time on giving three months notice to the depositor.
