มาตรา 802
- ในเหตุฉุกเฉิน เพื่อจะป้องกันมิให้ตัวการต้องเสียหาย ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าตัวแทนจะทำการใด ๆ เช่นอย่างวิญญูชนจะพึงกระทำ ก็ย่อมมีอำนาจจะทำได้ทั้งสิ้น

- In case of emergency, the agent is presumed to have an authority to do, in order to protect his principal from loss, all such acts as would be done by a person of ordinary prudence.
