มาตรา 804
- ถ้าในสัญญาอันเดียวตัวการคนเดียวตั้งตัวแทนหลายคนเพื่อแก่การอันเดียวกันไซร้ ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าตัวแทนจะต่างคนต่างทำการนั้น ๆ แยกกันไม่ได

- If several agents have been appointed in one contract by the same principal for the same matters, it is presumed that they cannot act separately.
