มาตรา 818
- การในน่าที่ตัวแทนส่วนใด ตัวแทนได้ทำมิชอบในส่วนนั้น ท่านว่าตัวแทนไม่มีสิทธิจะได้บำเหน็จ

- The agent is not entitled to remuneration in respect of that part of his agency which he has misconducted.
