มาตรา 828
- เมื่อสัญญาตัวแทนระงับสิ้นไปเพราะตัวการตายก็ดี ตัวการกลายเปนผู้ไร้ความสามารถก็ดี ท่านว่าตัวแทนต้องจัดการอันสมควรทุกอย่างเพื่อจะปกปักรักษาประโยชน์อันเขาได้มอบหมายแก่ตนไป จนกว่าทายาทฤๅผู้แทนของตัวการจะอาจเข้าปกปักรักษาประโยชน์นั้น ๆ ได้

- When agency is extinguished by the death of the principal or by the principal becoming incapacitated, the agent must take all reasonable steps to protect the interests entrusted to him until the heirs or representatives of the principal can protect such interests.
