มาตรา 890
- จำนวนเงินอันจะพึงใช้นั้น จะชำระเปนเงินจำนวนเดียว ฤๅเปนเงินรายปีก็ได้ สุดแล้วแต่จะตกลงกันระวางคู่สัญญา

- The sum payable may be a lump sum or an annuity, as may be agreed between the parties.
