มาตรา 935

• อันการรับรองนั้นย่อมมีได้สองสฐาน คือรับรองตลอดไป ฤๅรับรองเบี่ยงบ่าย
• การรับรองตลอดไป คือยอมตกลงโดยไม่แก้แย้งคำสั่งของผู้สั่งจ่ายแต่อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดเลย
• ส่วนการรับรองเบี่ยงบ่ายนั้น กล่าวเปนเนื้อความทำผลแห่งตั๋วเงินให้แผกไปจากที่เขียนสั่งไว้
• กล่าวโดยเฉภาะก็คือว่า ถ้าคำรับรองมีเงื่อนไขก็ดี ฤๅรับรองแต่เพียงบางส่วนก็ดี ท่านว่าเปนรับรองเบี่ยงบ่าย

• [II] A general acceptance assents without qualification to the order of the drawer.
• [III] A qualified acceptance in express termes varies the effect of the bill as drawn.
• [IV] In particular an acceptance is qualified which is conditional or partial.
