มาตรา 1026
- ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนทุกคนต้องมีสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใดมาลงหุ้นด้วยในห้างหุ้นส่วน
- สิ่งที่นำมาลงหุ้นด้วยนั้น จะเปนเงิน ฤๅทรัพย์สินสิ่งอื่น ฤๅลงแรงงานก็ได้

- [II] Such contribution may consist of money or other properties or of services.
