มาตรา 1049
- ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนจะถือเอาสิทธิใด ๆ แก่บุคคลภายนอกในกิจการค้าขายซึ่งไม่ปรากฏชื่อของตนนั้นหาได้ไม่

- No partner can acquire any right against third persons by a transaction where his own name did not appear.
