มาตรา 1076
- ห้างหุ้นส่วนใหม่นี้ย่อมชอบที่จะได้รับสิทธิ และต้องอยู่ในความรับผิดของห้างหุ้นส่วนเดิมที่ได้ควบเข้ากันนั้น

- The new partnership is entitled to the rights and subject to the liabilities of the amalgamated partnerships.
