มาตรา 1097
- บุคคลใด ๆ ตั้งแต่เจ็ดคนขึ้นไปจะเริ่มก่อการและตั้งเปนบริษัทจำกัดก็ได้ โดยเข้าชื่อกันทำหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิ และกระทำการอย่างอื่นตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้

- Any seven or more persons may, by subscribing their names to a memorandum and otherwise complying with the provisions of this Code, promote and form a limited company.
