มาตรา 1125
- หุ้นซึ่งริบแล้วนั้น ให้เอาออกขายทอดตลาดโดยไม่ชักช้า ได้จำนวนเงินเท่าใด ให้เอาหักใช้ค่าหุ้นที่เรียกกับดอกเบี้ยค้างชำระ ถ้ายังมีเงินเหลือเท่าใด ต้องส่งคืนให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นนั้น
Section 1125. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- Shares forfeited must be sold without delay by public auction. The proceeds must be applied to the payment of the call and interest due. The surplus, If any, must be returned to the shareholder.
