มาตรา 1141
- สมุดทะเบียนผู้ถือหุ้นนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเปนพยานหลักฐานอันถูกต้องในข้อกระทงความบันดาที่กฎหมายบังคับ ฤๅให้อำนาจให้เอาลงในทะเบียนนั้น

- The register of shareholders is presumed to be correct evidence of any matters directed or authorized by law to be inserted therein.
