มาตรา 1145
- จำเดิมแต่ได้จดทะเบียนบริษัทแล้ว ท่านห้ามมิให้ตั้งข้อบังคับขึ้นใหม่ ฤๅเพิ่มเติมเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อบังคับ ฤๅข้อความในหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิแต่อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด เว้นแต่จะได้มีการลงมติพิเศษ
Section 1145. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- After registration of the company, no regulations may be made and no additions to or alterations of the regulations or of the contents of the memorandum may be adopted except by passing a special resolution.
