มาตรา 1150
- ผู้เปนกรรมการจะพึงมีจำนวนมากน้อยเท่าใด และจะพึงได้บำเหน็จเท่าใด ให้สุดแล้วแต่ที่ประชุมใหญ่จะกำหนด
