มาตรา 1167
- ความเกี่ยวพันกันในระวางกรรมการและบริษัท และบุคคลภายนอกนั้น ถ้ามิได้บังคับไว้อย่างอื่นในแพนก[=ลักสณ]นี้ไซร้ ท่านให้บังคับตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ว่าด้วยตัวแทน

- Unless otherwise provided by this Title The relations between the directors, the company and third persons are governed by the provisions of this Code concerning Agency.
