มาตรา 1178
- ในการประชุมใหญ่ ถ้าไม่มีผู้ถือหุ้นมาเข้าประชุมรวมกันแทนหุ้นได้ถึงจำนวนหนึ่งในสี่แห่งทุนของบริษัทเปนอย่างน้อยแล้ว ท่านว่าที่ประชุมอันนั้นจะปรึกษากิจการอันใดหาได้ไม่

- A general meeting may not transact any business unless shareholders representing at least one-fourth of the capital of the company are present.
