มาตรา 1186
- ผู้ทรงใบหุ้นชนิดออกให้แก่ผู้ถือ หาอาจออกเสียงเปนคะแนนได้ไม่ เว้นแต่จะได้นำใบหุ้นของตนนั้นมาวางไว้แก่บริษัทแต่ก่อนเวลาประชุม
