มาตรา 1190
- ในการประชุมใหญ่ใด ๆ เมื่อมติอันหนึ่งอันใดได้คะแนนเสียงข้างมากเห็นชอบด้วยแล้ว ชื่อว่าที่ประชุมได้ลงมติอันนั้น
