มาตรา 1245
- หนังสือบอกกล่าวใด ๆ เมื่อได้ส่งโดยทางไปรษณีย์สลักหลังถูกต้องแล้ว ท่านให้ถือว่าเปนอันได้ส่งถึงมือผู้รับในเวลาที่หนังสือเช่นนั้นจะควรไปถึงได้ตามทางการปกติแห่งไปรษณีย์

- Any notice sent by post in a letter properly addressed is deemed to have been served at the time when such letter would have been delivered in the ordinary course of post.
