มาตรา 1279
- ในการจดทะเบียน ท่านบังคับว่าต้องจดระบุข้อความซึ่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) ชื่อสมาคม
- (๒) วัตถุที่ประสงค์ของสมาคม
- (๓) ที่ตั้งสำนักงานแห่งใหญ่ของสมาคม
- (๔) ชื่อ สำนัก และอาชีวะ ของบันดาบุคคลซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายเปนผู้จัดการ

- The entry in the register must specify:
- (1) The name of the association.
- (2) Its object.
- (3) The address of its principal office.
- (4) The names, addresses and occupations of the persons entrusted with its management.
