มาตรา 1283
- ถ้ามิได้มีข้อบังคับของสมาคมบัญญัติไว้เปนอย่างอื่น ห้ามมิให้แก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงฤๅเพิ่มเติมข้อบังคับของสมาคม นอกจากที่ประชุมสมาชิกของสมาคมจะได้ลงมติแก่การนั้นเปนเสียงข้างมาก
- อนึ่งต้องส่งสำเนาข้อบังคับที่แก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงฤๅเพิ่มเติมใหม่เช่นนั้นสามฉบับไปจดทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้ลงมติ

- [I] Unless otherwise provided by the regulations, no alterations of or additions to the regulations of an association may be made, except by a resolution passed by a majority of the members of the association.
- [II] Three copies of every such addition of alteration must be deposited for registration within fourteen days from the date of the resolution.
