มาตรา 1285
- บันดาบุคคลซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายให้เปนผู้จัดการนั้น ได้ชื่อว่าเปนผู้แทนของสมาคมในกิจการอันเกี่ยวกับบุคคลภายนอก
