- บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายอันว่าด้วยการชำระบัญชีเลิกห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัทนั้น ท่านให้นำมาใช้บังคับในการชำระบัญชีสมาคม อนุโลมตามควรแก่บท

- The provisions of law concerning Liquidation of Partnerships and Companies apply to the liquidation of associations, mutatis mutandis.
