มาตรา 58

• ผู้จัดการนั้นมีอำนาจหน้าอย่างตัวแทนผู้รับมอบอำนาจทั่วไป เมื่อจะทำการใดๆ เกินขอบอำนาจ ต้องได้รับอนุญาตของศาลก่อนแล้วจึงทำได้
