มาตรา 97

• ข้อบังคับสำหรับการให้อำนาจ การจดทะเบียนและการดูแลตรวจตรามูลนิธิตามความที่กล่าวไว้ในส่านนี้ ให้เสนาบดีผู้รับผิดชอบในการปกครองท้องที่เป็นผู้ออกกฎข้อบังคับ
• ให้เสนาบดีจัดการให้มีบัญชีรายนามมูลนิธิทั้งหลายอันได้ให้อำนาจแล้วนั้นรักษาไว้ พร้อมทั้งรายการข้อสำคัญอันได้โฆษณาในราชกิจจานุเบกษา

Section 97. (Draft in English from Vol.79)

• [I] Regulations for the authorization and supervision of foundations within the meaning of the present Part may be issued by the Minister responsible for the local administration.
• [II] The Minister shall cause a list of authorized foundations to be kept together with the particulars published in the Government Gazette.
